This award is based on a vote of the docking crew to be presented this year to a man whose desire to make the boat show more enjoyable to the children attending by specifically requesting to be docked so that children could go on and off the boat for tours and “toot” the whistle and ring the bell.  For his spirit and dedication we have chosen Ted Valpey and his 1955 F.D.
