Dear Boating Enthusiast:

I would like to take this opportunity to personally invite you to join us on our first ACBS New England Chapter event of the 2008 season. I am reaching out to all members, and friends who may not be members at this time, to come and take a look at ACBS New England Chapter and what benefits our organization could offer you. I personally have enjoyed my affiliation with the New England Chapter, have made a lot of new friends with similar interests, enjoyed the sanctioned boat trips, and other activities. Along with all of this, I have learned a lot more about antique and classic boats while, at the same time, having a lot of fun. Our Board Members will be on hand to tell you about our Chapter as we enjoy this cruise on the “Mount” and enjoy a nice brunch. We will also introduce you to our exciting season of planned activities. See our website www.necacbs.org for a complete schedule of events. Come aboard, we look forward to seeing you.

Sincerely,

Hal Sanderson, President

Annual Fall Foliage Cruise

Saturday, October 11th

George Johnson started this tradition years ago, and now Charlie Train has stepped up to to revive our annual trek. This is a Fall gathering of our ACBS membership, and a celebration of our beautiful wooden boats. We plan to depart from the Wolfeboro public docks at 9 AM (weather permitting, if not Oct 12th), and take a leisurely cruise to Meredith for breakfast.
